Shipping policy

  • Pre-Order Items: Items labeled as “Pre-Order” are not currently in stock but will be available soon. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be provided on the product page.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pre-orders will be fulfilled once the items are in stock. You will receive a confirmation email with an updated estimated shipping date as soon as your pre-order is ready to ship.

Order Tracking

  • Once your pre-order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Processing Time

  • Pre-Order Processing: Pre-orders are processed separately from in-stock items. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks from the estimated shipping date for processing once the items are in stock.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your pre-order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Business Days: Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday). Public holidays and weekends are not included in the estimated delivery times.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions.
  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
