HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Processing Time

• Pre-Order Processing: Pre-orders are processed separately from in-stock items. Please allow up to 10 business days from the estimated shipping date for processing once the items are in stock.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your pre-order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery Times

• Business Days: Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday). Public holidays and weekends are not included in the estimated delivery times.
• Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions.

• Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
